John P. Caulfield, Jr. – President/OwnerJohn’s background in Business and his passion for building have created a strong foundation for Landmark Builders. John has a B.A. in Business Management from Loyola Marymount University and a Class B General Contractors License. He shows his commitment to the industry through his involvement in various associations and his commitment to doing things right.

John lives in Granite Bay and enjoys time with family and friends. His three daughters keep him very busy with their active lifestyles. When time permits he enjoys the outdoors through either snow skiing or water skiing. Closer to home, his passions include enjoying and learning about wine along with BBQing as much as possible!

Daniel (Dan) J. Cordero, PMP

With a degree in Business and Communication, and a PMP certification (Project Management Professional from PMI), Dan is a strategic leader bread in operations and project management. Dan’s experience in and passion for business and process improvement stems from more than fifteen years in key leadership roles within the Construction and Banking industries. Since 2005, Dan has served as Landmark’s Strategic and Operational Consultant, assisting the company with business planning, budgets, and tactical initiatives. Prior to 2005 Dan was Landmark’s VP of Operations for nearly three years and worked hand-in-hand with the President to transition the company from a “mom & pop” approach to a more efficient and client centric business model.

In addition to working with Landmark, Dan worked with a national Construction Services company as a Director of Business Integration/Projects and he also spent seven years with Bank of America as a VP, Sr. Project Manager within their consumer real estate lending division.

Aside from his passion for business, Dan enjoys: following the stock market (even though his statements always show some red ink); backpacking and camping with life-long buds (when the knees aren’t giving out); wine tasting with Granite Bay friends (the only thing he knows about wine is what he likes and dislikes); working on household projects (never-ending); visiting family in Southern California, Oregon and Hawaii (Santa Barbara is the hometown of his Spanish paternal heritage); his dog Max (a quirky and chunky Cocker); and dining, traveling and chilling with his beautiful, loving and spirited wife since 1993.

Lorisa M. Brosious – Sales and Marketing

Lorisa has been in the construction and real estate industry since 1991.  Working for Landmark since 1999, she has held numerous positions within the company through out the years, including but not limited to; Office Manager, Finance, Project Coordinator, Warranty, and Marketing.   Lorisa  has been instrumental in Landmarks progress over the years by generating new business through the creation of new marketing materials, securing prime advertising opportunities, promotional events, and believing in the “Passion for Excellence” which is what drives a great company!

Lorisa is also a licensed real estate agent, and has a solid background in new home construction & sales along with extensive knowledge in the current real estate market. She has many designations & certifications along with numerous awards throughout her career; #1 in Customer Service, #3 in Sales Volume, Top Listing Agent, Short Sales Specialist Certified, Placer County Leadership Certified, Sales and Marketing Council Member, NorthState BIA Member, National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and Placer County Association of Realtors.  

Lorisa Attended Santa Barbara City College along with Northlake College in TX, studying Business and Real Estate. She currently resides in Placer County with her husband, Daughter, and black lab, Parker. She enjoys; golf, wine tasting, reading, camping at the beach and spending time with her family.

Nicole Harrison – Office Manager

Although new to Landmark, signing on as part of the team in 2010, Nicole has extensive experience in the construction industry as an administrator, contract manager and operations consultant and in the legal field as a legal assistant, bookkeeper and contract manager.  She has been instrumental in directing Landmark’s ongoing transformation into a green ‘paperless’  office environment.  Nicole’s organizational skills and knowledge of construction software have contributed to the success of our recent projects.

Nicole also holds a certification as a consulting arborist and prepares field reports and recommendations during the planning and grading process to meet the city/county requirements and protect any trees and other vegetation which will be incorporated into the final landscape.

Nicole is a recent transplant from the Truckee/Lake Tahoe region.  She enjoys many winter sports, sailing and mountain biking, but on any given weekend can be counted on to cook large family dinners, enjoy all school sports, be the team mom, take out the trash, chase the skunk out of the garage, fix the computer, sing “Livin’ on a Prayer” (Bon Jovi) in a rock band contest, paint the bathroom and weed the vegetable garden.
