Lorisa M. Brosious – Sales and Marketing

Lorisa has been in the construction and real estate industry since 1991.  Working for Landmark since 1999, she has held numerous positions within the company through out the years, including but not limited to; Office Manager, Finance, Project Coordinator, Warranty, and Marketing.   Lorisa  has been instrumental in Landmarks progress over the years by generating new business through the creation of new marketing materials, securing prime advertising opportunities, promotional events, and believing in the “Passion for Excellence” which is what drives a great company!

Lorisa is also a licensed real estate agent, and has a solid background in new home construction & sales along with extensive knowledge in the current real estate market. She has many designations, certifications and has won numerous awards throughout her career; #1 in Customer Service, #3 in Sales Volume, Top Listing Agent, Short Sales Specialist Certified, Placer County Leadership Certified, Sales and Marketing Council Member, NorthState BIA Member, National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and Placer County Association of Realtors.

Lorisa Attended Santa Barbara City College along with Northlake College in TX, studying Business and Real Estate. She currently resides in Placer County with her husband, Daughter, and black lab, Parker. She enjoys; golf, wine tasting, reading, camping at the beach and spending time with her family.

Nicole Harrison – Office Manager

Although new to Landmark, signing on as part of the team in 2009, Nicole has extensive experience in the construction industry as an administrator, contract manager and operations consultant and in the legal field as a legal assistant, bookkeeper and contract manager.  She has been instrumental in directing Landmark’s ongoing transformation into a green ‘paperless’  office environment.  Nicole’s organizational skills and knowledge of construction software have contributed to the success of our recent projects.

Nicole also holds a certification as a consulting arborist and prepares field reports and recommendations during the planning and grading process to meet the city/county requirements and protect any trees and other vegetation which will be incorporated into the final landscape.

Nicole is a recent transplant from the Truckee/Lake Tahoe region.  She enjoys many winter sports, sailing and mountain biking, but on any given weekend can be counted on to cook large family dinners, enjoy all school sports, be the team mom, take out the trash, chase the skunk out of the garage, fix the computer, sing “Livin’ on a Prayer” (Bon Jovi) in a rock band contest, paint the bathroom and weed the vegetable garden.

Georgia George – Interior Designer/Design Project Manager

Georgia George has been an Interior Designer for over 25 years in Sacramento and Placer County areas.  She has worked with production and custom home builders as a Design Project Manager her entire career; as well as decorating model homes for large builders and staging custom homes.   She has also worked with many golf community homeowners from the first meeting with the architect to the last lock on the front door!

Georgia enjoys driving out creative visions through clearly defined deliverables.  She understands the balanced role that a designer must play while working with architects, clients, builders and sub-contractors.   Further, she has a solid grasp on how a designer needs to be accountable with project “selection” requirements and lead times and how such relates to the successful implementation of a client’s project budget and schedule.

Georgia has always been involved within her local building industry:   she is active in the Placer Country Contractors Association and spent many years in elected positions with the Sales and Marketing Council for the Building Industry Association.   She also leverages her industry involvement to keep up to date on current design products and trends, which is crucial in today’s ever evolving construction and design techniques.

Greg Nicholas – Project Manager

As a General Contractor in the Truckee/Tahoe area for 26 years, I built over 75 custom homes and over 25 commercial projects. I then joined a larger Commercial Construction firm as a Project Manager to run $50M of construction including Town Homes, Retail Centers, Hotels, for the largest land owner in the Truckee Tahoe area, East-West Partners. I relocated to the Auburn area and am now proud to be part of the Landmark Builders Team as a Project Manager.
